Becoming a Board Member

 

 

The role of the Board is to oversight the Funding and Strategic direction of the organisation, to ensure that the Organisation adheres to the Deed of Agreement and operates within HACC National Guidelines and Standards.

The Board delegates responsibility to the General Manager for the day-to-day operational management of the Organisation so that it fulfils these aims.  Communication with staff members shall be conducted through the General Manager.  Board Members shall raise any organisational issues with the President.

Board Members are entitled to training opportunities as outlined in the policy on professional development.

 

Please note only current financial members can nominate other financial members for the upcoming election.
